Monday-Thursday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm

Here are 10 facts about the music library:

We have two floors! Main floor has books & periodicals, downstairs has printed music.
Sound recordings: we have all the CDs, LPs, and streaming audio
We have archival collections and rare books! Contact the archivist r.shaw@utoronto.ca.
There is lots of study space, whether you like big tables, individual carrels, or a group study room!
We have 12 computers on the main floor, and a place to plug your device into a big screen.
Copying and printing is $0.15/page. Scanning is free (bring a USB drive or borrow one of ours).
Equipment for loan: cameras, tripods, high-end mics and podcasting kits!
Too much time in the gloomy practice room? Try one of two light therapy lamps on the main floor.
Get help finding repertoire or with library research!
Tired of the same old, same old? We have research guides to lead you in new directions such as our Guide to BIPOC Musicians and Related Literature and Sustainability in the Music Library.
